Introduction:
Soy isoflavones are known as phytoestrogens(plant estrogens), it can reduce or avoid menopausal syndrome, and provide beneficial effects for the prevention and treatment of breast, colon and cardiovascular diseases.Depending on the method of processing, many soy foods contain a relatively high content of chemical compounds called isoflavones, which possess weak estrogen-like effects.
